However, a small percentage of it may lead to a successful implementation, either due to budget constraints or the lack of necessary infrastructure to complete the project. Investments in warehouse automation are primarily dedicated to automating warehouse processes, reducing costs and the impact of human labor. The focus is on increasing the capacity and efficiency in each distribution center, especially in the micro-picking processes, where the absence of human labor is evident. It's certain that order processing requirements, especially in e-commerce, are increasing in terms of velocity, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness;

Warehouse automation typically addresses issues such as human errors while increasing the efficiency of human resources, the throughput capacity of logistics hubs, speeding up order fulfillment, and reducing warehouse operational costs. Also, the culture of companies changes significantly, as warehouse automation procedures must be strictly adhered to. Another important aspect is hiring and training more qualified people and integrating them into a new, technologically advanced working environment;

What aspects did STAMH HELLAS S.A. present to the Greek market in its first year of operation? What automated warehouse solutions are currently available?

STAMH Group has been present in the Greek market even before the establishment of STAMH HELLAS S.A. One of the largest projects completed in the past was in 2019 when we finished the higher automated warehouse in Greece with a total height of 30 meters, in collaboration with "Hellenic Dairy" in Trikala;
The main goal of STAMH HELLAS S.A. is to become the top choice among respected companies in Greece, providing their customers with a comprehensive set of intralogistics services in the logistics industry. Our advantage as an "integrator" is that through collaboration with companies from the European market, we offer the best solution that meets the needs of each client;

The main activities include designing, delivering all components, professional installation, putting into operation, and of course, after-sales services of different automated storage technologies. At the beginning of STAMH HELLAS S.A., the focus of the company was on growth and organizing new employees. Currently, we are searching for a new business space for the company to meet both existing and future intralogistics needs. Additionally, we plan to organize workshops where our clients will be able to witness automated solutions, allowing us to analyze different systems that address their business. Finally, we aim to maintain our presence in different exhibitions and conferences, connecting with new and existing clients and collaborating on immediate and future projects;
