Industry Night – Closer to the youth

THE BRIDGE BETWEEN GENERATION ASSOCIATION AND THE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF GABROVO SUCCESSFULLY CONNECT YOUNG PEOPLE WITH REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Professional development opportunities are vital to the region's growth, and Gabrovo offers excellent prospects for specialized education and the practical application of technical skills;

STAMH Group was a premium sponsor of the event, alongside the Municipality of Gabrovo, the Technical University of Gabrovo, the Gabrovo Regional Administration, and local industries. These companies generously hosted students and provided engaging insights into the industrial production of fabrics, packaging, petroleum products, paints, varnishes, tools, and industrial machinery;

Many students chose to spend their Friday evening differently by gaining firsthand experience of industrial processes at leading companies, such as Mechatronics AD, Dixie Ltd., Dzalli Ltd., AMK Ltd., Plastform Ltd., and MAK AD;

STORAGE TECHNOLOGIES AND MATERIAL HANDLING - AN ESSENTIAL PART OF EVERY INDUSTRY

Vladi Shokordov, Commercial Director of STAMH Group, emphasized the significance of warehouse logistics and state-of-the-art intralogistics equipment in distribution centers and buffer facilities. The event was a resounding success, as evidenced by the fully packed conference hall in the Technical Univeristy of Gabrovo. The young attendees actively participated in discussions, posing questions to representatives from businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions;

Students departed from Hotel Balkan, traveling in three different directions according to their preferences, using electric buses provided by the Municipality of Gabrovo;

Earlier in the day, the Rectorate of the Technical University of Gabrovo opened the doors of its Conference Hall, where all partners of the "Night of Industry" and the "Bridge Between Generations" association engaged in a constructive dialogue with students;

The event highlighted new opportunities for career development, skills enhancement, and retraining, reinforcing the critical role of industry as a driving force in the local economy and a key factor in improving the region’s standard of living.
