Pick by cart / Put By Cart is WMS controlled process of fast commissioning. It can be combined with pick-by-light equipment, mounted on specific trolleys. It can be also used with a platform and a few labeled containers (e.g. carton boxes for sorting the goods) and a mobile terminal.
The WMS software manages the task execution and guides the operator though the optimal route in the warehouse. This way the average time of every single task execution is lower. Commissioning process is optimized.
