A mobile trolley with Put-to-Light Systems suitable for manual warehouses where VLM Machines are installed. The picking cart is equipped with WiFi system and batteries, communicating directly with the WMS server.
Orders are coming directly from the WMS software and displayed on a PC or a tablet. The operator confirms the order with a press of a button. Different colors are associated with order preparation locations on the display.
There are 2 possible picking modes:
>> M2M mode - request are sent directly to the Automated VLM Machine via the Copilot
>> General picking mode - requests are transmitted to all installed Automated VLM Machines and the operator moves to the specific VLM to validate all picking operations.
